According to chapter-2( Management), section B (1) of the constitution of SV, a central executive committee ( CEC) is to be constituted by Elections. According to Chapter-3, Article 4, prof Sikander Ali Memon- a Life Member of SV, was appointed as Chief Election Commissioner, along with 2 more Life Members as Members of Election Committee.
   Thus the Elections for electing 11- member CEC, were held on 30.11.19.
   The newly elected CEC took over on 1.1.20 for 2 years ( 1.1.20-31.12.21).
