Minutes of 3rd meeting of CEC, held at Orchard Cottage Hotel Clifton Karachi on 31-3-2022 .

At the outset the President Welcomed the participants and requested GS to present the agenda items .

Actions taken on decisions :
A. The new , amended membership form is printed
B. MOU was signed by SV and SLCIT for establishing Latif Chair at University of Houston community college, Houston .
C. SV- NA chapter( USA – Canada) was established and Election were conducted on 27 March 22.
The result was noticed by Election Committee .
ITEM NO.3
Matters related to establishment of Karachi and other new chapters
Decisions .
It was decided to reduce the number of posts to President, Secretary, and three EC members .
It was further decided that the chapters will send the minutes of their meetings to CEC for approval.

Progress on Census issue
Decisions .
It was decided to invite the Heads of Gujrati, Kathiawari , Bohri & other Communities for awareness about census.

To persue the matters already Sent to higher ups .
It was decided to send reminder letters .
