Minutes of the 4th meeting of CEC, held at 4.30 pm on 14th May 2022 at National Sailing Club Karachi.

The actions taken were explained by President and General Secretary .
ITEM NO 3
To discuss and approve the Formation of “Sindh Coordination Council” consisting of SV, SDP, NRF SGA, SSS , SSSF and SAS . And to approve the Resolution passed by the Council regarding the agreement signed between Political Parties on 30.3.2022 at Islamabad.

ITEM NO 4
To discuss the joining of two life members in a Political Party as main office bearers .
DECISION:
The joining of 2 life members of SV in a Political party as main office bearers, was discussed in detail . The SV being a non political entity can’t admit office holders of any political party. It was decided that “such life members, who are office bearers of any political party can’t be members of CEC of SV or any chapter of SV and they can’t use any platform of SV for their purpose.

iii) Agha Saifullah

Approved
ITEM NO 6.
To discuss the issue of
SV Admn of FB page
DECISION:
The issue was discussed & noted that Ahmer Nadeem Memon just ignored & didn’t comply with the decisions taken by CEC . The CEC once again advises him, in the larger interest of harmony among all Members, to implement the decisions , otherwise the CEC will be constrained to approach the FB Admn , Cyber controlling authorities and other agencies as deemed fit.
. It was further decided that if, the if Ahmer Nadeem fails to honour the CEC resolutions, than a new SV official FB page wl be launched in about 8-10 days.
It was also decided to launch Sindh Vision official on Twitter.
ITEM NO 7.
To discuss the removal of Shah Hassan from LM group
DECISION:
The posts & comments by Shah Hassan Rashdi, violate the code of conduct. He is advised to admit his mistake & give an assurance of not violating the code in future.
ITEMS NO 8
Any other item with the approval of chair
DECISIONS:
The following decisions were made by CEC after detailed discussion:
i) Since there is the post of President in SV chapters, hence the post of Central President may be renamed as Chairman and VP as Vice Chairman.
ii) The Presidents of chapters can be invited to CEC mtngs , without voting right
iii)It was observed that a person named Nizam Shaikh is continuously putting adverse / negative remarks on fb page against senior leadership. The matter was discussed in detail & resolved that “ since he is not a member of CEC nor in LM Group, he has no right to continue as a Moderator. The Admn is advised to remove him as Moderator and block him from maligning the Leadership.
iv) Mr Zafar Qazi gave a briefing about the kachi Abbadis. He was nominated as the Focal person . Mr Aslam Baloach volunteered his services in this assignment.
v) All deposit receipts be posted on LM group so that proper entry be made in the a/c book .
